Seeking : My entire life, I have only ever felt connected to the universe when I was out in nature. Luckily, I have learned to transfer this peace into my daily life, but it all began here. Looking out over this lake, hiking in the nearby woods and taking in the awe inspiring sunsets have solidified that I am only a small piece of this world. The recognition of how small I am was not distressing; it was exciting. To be a part of the energy of life is invigorating. I feel surrounded by love when I experience this landscape and have done some of my deepest thinking and meditating right on that shore line.
